About Joseph Chung

Joseph took his first breath underwater in 1981 and became a professional diving instructor in 1989, to this date he has certified more than 1000 students.

In 1994, he received his Course Director training from PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructor) at their Headquarters in California, USA.

IDC Borneo is the brainchild of PADI Course Director Joseph Chung. With facilities in Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei Darussalam - Malaysian Borneo. Using information technology, online and onsite tutoring our aim is to become the recognised source for the development and dissemination of knowledge for Diving and Resort Management. Attracting and retaining clients through a growing range of value-for-money courses, services and products.
